Account Manager

Description

Reporting to the Leading Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for selling products in the AM portfolio mainly contains Electronics, clothing and Apparel; developing new business opportunities worldwide.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell products within AM portfolio to “business to small business” via phone and email campaigns, in order to optimize market coverage and achieve sales target;

Initiate multiple sales contacts, maintain accurate records, and track results for periodic sales/activity reports and process orders on sales;

Qualify leads obtained through various sources (prospecting, campaign lists, leads from online transfer, inquiry from product page, customer registration, etc.) contact prospects and update lists in CRM accordingly;

Plan and execute the complete sales cycle i.e. close sales, maximize customer potential through cross selling;

Provide timely and effective customer solutions in accordance with customer service, sourcing, quality control and logistic teams to build customer loyalty;

Document customer feedback/comments and populate Salesforce.com accordingly in order to monitor market trends;

Provide comprehensive reports on all conducted or planned activities; report accurate pipeline to upper management

Able to deal with internal stakeholders and escalate conflicts without hesitation.

Apply the highest standards and ethics in all dealings with customers and prospects.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree, with 1 to 2 years experience in Sales function (experience in the E-commerce industry is an asset);

Excellent communication skills (aptitude to explain product and service over the phone); ability to deal with a wide range of customers worldwide with excellent foreign languages.

Highly motivated self-starter (strong initiative) team player and possesses multi-cultural awareness;

Strong organizational skills; results oriented; proactive/positive attitude;

PC skills, particularly MS Office Suite and Internet; CRM (enabled by Salesforce) is plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English; other language is definitely an asset.
